ResiflowSelf-Smoothing Flooring System

Resiflow

Optus Resins’ Resiflow products are often referred to as ‘self-smoothing’ or ‘self-levelling’ flooring and having a smooth surface, they provide a hard-wearing floor which provide a number of unique properties, such being high gloss, aesthetically pleasing, hygienic and easy to clean with excellent chemical resistance. They are ideal for industrial locations where a hygienic and dust free durable environment is important e.g. hospital clean rooms, laboratories, electronics assembly plants, showrooms and light industrial plants.

Resiflow SL

Resiflow SL is a three component self smoothing flooring system. This smooth gloss resin flooring is highly abrasion and chemical resistant. It is used generally in manufacturing and commercial premises where a good quality surface is required.

It is laid at a thickness of about 2mm.

Resiflow FC

Resiflow FC is a two component self smoothing flooring system. This smooth, gloss, resin flooring is highly abrasion and chemical resistant.

It is used generally in manufacturing and commercial premises where a good quality surface is required. It is laid at a thickness of between 0.5 and 1.5mm.

Resicote SF

(Solvent-Free)

Resicote SF is a high performance, solvent free, high build epoxy resin floor coating developed to provide protective and decorative properties to concrete substrates. The system exhibits excellent abrasion and wear resistance characteristics. It can be applied with confidence to suitably prepared substrates that are subject to constant heavy traffic.  Areas within manufacturing factories, vehicle loading docks, distribution warehouses, garages, plant rooms, law enforcement, healthcare, fire departments and military facilities and areas that see high pedestrian footfall and forklift truck usage will benefit from the durable nature of Resicote SF.

Benefits

  • High build
  • Seamless and hygienic finish
  • Long term performance and durability
  • Low maintenance
  • Good wear and abrasion resistance
  • Protects concrete from oil and chemical spillages
  • Easy to apply using brush or roller
  • Solvent free/environmentally friendly
  • Odour free
