Optiseal

Optus Resins’ Optiseal product provides a rapid curing surface sealer onto epoxy and polyurethane coatings, giving them an extra layer of added scratch and chemical resistance and also protects them from staining. It can also be applied onto prepared concrete floors, sealing the surface so they don’t produce excessive dust, equally it can be applied on top of products such as Eurogrip, locking in any loose aggregates.

Optiseal AR

Floor Surface Sealer
Optiseal AR is a clear, solvent based polyurethane surface sealer.

It is used in industrial and commercial applications to both seal concrete floors and protect them from staining and chemical attack.

Single pack, roller applied.

Uses

Optiseal AL

Optiseal AL a high performance light stable polyurethane sealcoat. Optiguard is a single component sealcoat which can be applied by brush or roller. It is more rapidly resistant to rain than many other systems but can be damaged if exposed to water or rain in the first few hours after application. It is therefore not advisable to attempt external coating during periods of unsettled weather.
